Proud of his fleet and dedicated to maintaining top-quality trucks, Luke leads with passion and a commitment to excellence. But more than anything, he values his team—knowing that their dedication, skill, and hard work are the backbone of McDonald Trucking. Together, they’ve achieved significant milestones, expanding services to meet a wide range of transport needs while upholding the company’s strong reputation. Given the opportunity to learn to drive in 2012 by her husband, Luke, she quickly fell in love with trucks and the industry. Her passion and motivation helped fuel the company’s expansion in 2016, making her a major contributor to shaping McDonald Trucking into what it is today. A strong leader who is both motivated and supportive, Terri plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly while fostering a positive team environment. Outside of trucking, she has a deep love for her horses and, alongside Luke, has recently expanded their family. Balancing her dedication to both work and home, Terri’s commitment to McDonald Trucking, its people, and its future continues to be an essential part of the company’s success.
